Join Ali Cramer for an in depth cleansing yoga practice based on the principals of Ayurveda. Our time together will include all the tools in the yogic toolbox-asana, mudra, mantra, and breathwork. Get your mind and body feeling clearer and stronger with with practical tips on how to incorporate detoxification practices into your daily life. All levels welcome.

Saturday, May 2, 2-4:30 pm: Shakti technique
Explore the lower chakras through breath and movement.
In this workshop we will use Yoga Asana, specific Pra-nayama (breathing) exercises and Mantras to awaken the Shakti, our vital creative life force. This practice will help you eliminate physical, emotional or energetic blockages to live your most vibrant and colourful life!

Sunday, May 3, 2-4:30 pm: Shakti technique
Explore the higher chakras through movement, breathing and sound.
We will also use Yoga Asana, specific Pranayama exercises, and Mantras to appeal to our Shiva nature, our Power of Intuition. This practice helps to alleviate the confusion, depression or anxiety that prevents us from making clear choices from our place of wisdom.
