With Solène Wachter
10000 gestes is a choreographic forest in which no movement is ever repeated. 10,000 gestures that will only be visible once – only to disappear as soon as they are traced, like an ode to the impermanence of the art of dance. Presented in November 2018 at the Théâtre d’Orléans, 10000 gestures returns solo.

Boris Charmatz is a dancer-choreographer. Since 1996, he has signed a series of landmark pieces. Associate artist at the 2011 Avignon Festival, invited to the MoMA in 2013 and the Tate Modern in 2012, 2015 and 2019, Boris Charmatz directed the Musée de la danse, Centre chorégraphique national de Rennes et de Bretagne from 2009 to 2018. In 2019, he launched Terrain, located in the Hauts-de-France region.
