During this workshop, Solène Wachter will share different tools developed over the last few years, as a performer but also as an author, allowing to enter into dance on both a physical and mental aspect. This exchange invites the participants to go through, with their own bodies and creativity, a simple and direct dance containing different facets of performativities specific to Solène’s artistic research.
Solène Wachter joined the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris from which she graduated in 2015, she then continued her studies at P.A.R.T.S, Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker’s school where she affirmed her desire to be a performer as well as an author of her own projects. In 2017, she joins the creation of 10000 gestes by Boris Charmatz with whom she continues to collaborate on new creations as well as numerous pieces from his repertoire. She also collaborates with Ashley Chen for Distance and with Maud Le Pladec for counting stars with you. In addition to her career as a performer, Solene Wachter created with Némo Flouret and Georges Labbat the BleuPrintempsProduction platform, now in partnership with the CCN d’Orleans.
